* Bidder inspection is encouraged on 1/13 at 28287 Southampton Prkwy, Courtland VA 23837.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. You agree there will be no chargebacks allowed.
* Superior Auction Sales / AMARK Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Virginia Sales taxes charged on all purchases unless you have a tax exempt form on file at the time of check out.
* 13% Buyer's Premium charged on all purchases. All invoices will be autimatically charged to the card on file at the time of registration at the close of auction on 1/15.
* We accept cash, check, MC/Visa.
* Pick Up items on 1/16/21. and other times by appointment. Note 2 Pick Up locations.
Firearms will be picked up at Jims Pawn Shop, 202 N Main St, Franklin, VA 23851. Everything else will be picked up at AMARK Auction, 28287 Southampton Prkwy, Courtland VA 23837.
* THERE WILL BE NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION! NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION!
*Handguns will be sold to VA residents ONLY.
* Any disputes will be handled in Suffolk, VA.
* Auction will use the soft close feature and will close in the order of the catalog at a rate of 1 item every 25 seconds. Any item receiving a bid in the last 2 minutes will extend the auction for that item by 2 minutes. (other items will continue to close).
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
